Yoonsim

Around Bismarckstraße, traditional and modern East Asian cuisine merge to create a feast for gourmets. Also at Yoonsim, named after the Korean word for ‘flavour’. An individual interpretation of Korean flavours that is well worth discovering.

The speciality of the house? Korean BBQ, which is prepared directly at the table. The exquisite ingredients are given all the love and care they deserve and are grilled in front of the guests to create either tried-and-tested dishes like those on the menu or delicacies of their own composition. Incidentally, nobody leaves the restaurant smelling of BBQ, as every table is equipped with extractor bonnets. Jackets and coats can also be stowed under the seat. In addition to BBQ, the menu offers Korean classics such as bibimbap, a traditional dish made from rice, vegetables, meat and egg. Appetisers are (almost) superfluous at Yoonsim because each main course is served with a variety of perfectly coordinated vegetable side dishes, banchan.
